This 12-month contract role is based in Kitchener/Waterloo, Guelph, or the GTA. You will manage the full cycle recruitment process for entry-level roles, co-ops, and internships, ensuring a seamless talent experience. Engage with numerous campus events and strengthen BDO’s employer brand through targeted social media outreach and cutting-edge content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee national campus recruitment initiatives and student recruitment
• Foster relationships with academic partners and stakeholders
• Coordinate and attend recruitment events to attract talent




• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Monitor market trends to maintain competitive edge
Requirements:
• Three years’ experience in campus recruitment preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record in building employer brand
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Degree in relevant discipline
