Key Responsibilities: • Teach biathlon fundamentals to wide-ranging age groups • Oversee firearm safety and range operations • Maintain instructional areas and equipment • Deliver other Nordic programs as needed • Assist in managing event set-up and maintenance

Requirements: • Biathlon coaching or firearms instruction experience • Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL) required • Customer service skills are essential • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • Ability to adapt to outdoor winter conditions
