Understanding the urgency of the situation and working with customers in a caring, calm and empathetic manner are paramount to the success of a Lead WDTs day!
Working as a team, WDTs mop up the mess to ensure everything is shipshape and ready to get back to the pre-disaster state.

Compensation Salary Range: $21-$27/hour

What You’ll Do Team guidance and mentorship: Leading by example, coaching team members, and ensuring efficient workflow
Hands-on proficiency : Working directly on the tools while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
Perform demolition of affected structures and materials
Set up and monitor drying equipment
Clean and restore areas impacted by water-related disasters
Complete restoration tasks
Support emergency mitigation efforts as needed
What You Bring Leadership abilities and experience leading a team
IICRC for Skilled Water Damage Restoration certification (preferred)
Knowledge of structural drying procedures and ability to perform multi-unit assessments in accordance with IICRC guidelines
Technical expertise: Experienced with all drying tools (air movers,



negative air machines, pressurized drying systems, floor drying systems, dehumidifiers)
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using apps and software for documentation and reporting
Problem-solving under pressure: Quickly assessing challenges and implementing practical solutions
Willingness to follow all company safety requirements including wearing full PPE as required: Full face masks require clean shave (if applicable)
Organized and punctual: Strong time management and tool readiness
Physically fit (heavy lifting, crouching, bending, standing, reaching, maneuvering in small spaces)
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal

Of Note: Disasters can strike at any time so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after hours on-call work is a requirement. Meaning you’ll work regular weekday hours and participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.
