Job Role Physiotherapist - Salary Role with Established Caseload (No Weekends)

Location: Campbell River, Vancouver Island, BC

Contract: Full-time | Part-time

Opportunity Start with an established caseload, a stable income, and the time to do your work properly. This is a private-practice physiotherapy role with mentorship and administrative support built into your week. You can start with consistent clinical work while you settle into the team.

This role is a good fit for a physiotherapist who wants to get better at their work and is looking for the right workplace to do that. You'll have full sessions with time to assess, treat, and follow your work through. You won't be double-booked, and there is no set treatment frequency outside of your own clinical decision-making. Our physiotherapists work across clinic, home, community, long-term care, school and rural settings. Your role does not need to include all of these. We shape the mix around clinical fit, experience, service needs and where you do your best work.

First 4 Weeks You won't be thrown into a full schedule. You'll start with a smaller caseload, with regular check-ins and case discussions built into your week. Your schedule grows as you settle into the role. The goal is steady progression, not pressure.

Mentorship and Support Mentorship is part of the work here, not something you have to arrange on your own. You'll have regular opportunities to discuss cases, work through clinical reasoning, and get another perspective when you need one. The goal isn't to tell you how to practice.



It's to give you access to experienced clinicians while you develop your own judgment and approach.

Schedule and Workload

3-5 days per week (structured with you)

Monday to Friday schedule

No evenings or weekends

Consistent schedule once established

Compensation and Benefits Salary: Base salary with additional earnings tied to completed clinical work.

Starting earnings approximately $95,000 annually.

Typical full-time earnings: $105,000-130,000 at a sustainable pace.
