LNG Canada is hiring an HSSE Learning and Investigations Advisor to enhance our commitment to safety.

Your role will focus on leading investigations and capturing crucial learning from incidents in our LNG operations. In this pivotal position, you will support the Phase 2 Project by effectively investigating incidents, facilitating learning sessions, and ensuring that findings are used to mitigate future risks. Your leadership in HSSE practices will ensure compliance and foster continuous improvement in safety performance. Key Responsibilities:
Lead incident investigations and identify root causes
Facilitate workshops and communicate findings
Manage corrective actions and effectiveness verification
Provide coaching in investigation methodologies
Generate reports and insights for HSSE performance Requirements:
8 years in HSSE or operational roles
Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
Major project experience preferred
Recognized investigation training
HSSE certifications such as CRSP or NEBOSH Support LNG Canada's commitment to a protected and effective workplace while applying your expertise in investigation and learning processes.
