Join M’Chigeeng First Nation as a Housing Maintenance Worker, responsible for daily maintenance and repairs of band properties. This on-call position ensures protected and functional living conditions for residents. As a Housing Maintenance Worker, you will report to the Capital Projects & Public Works Department Manager.

Your role requires completing repairs, maintaining walkways, and assisting with winter road maintenance. Strong mechanical skills and dedication to safety practices are essential for this position. Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily maintenance and minor repairs on band properties
Explicit walkways of snow, ice, and debris
Assist in winter road maintenance and equipment operation
Maintain equipment for efficiency and safety
Complete daily logs and maintain accurate records Requirements:
Valid Ontario Driver’s License; Class DZ preferred
WHIMIS certification required
Renovation and carpentry experience necessary
Basic mechanical and electrical training needed
