You will work 21 hours per week, focusing on overseeing building operations, ensuring compliance, and managing finances while reporting to the board of directors.

Oversee budgeting, audits, and financial forecasting
Maintain compliance with legal housing regulations
Ensure co-op occupancy aligns with by-laws
Support board governance and member needs
Prepare meeting packages and minutes Requirements:
At least 5 years in co-op or non-profit administration
Robust financial management skills
Experience with NewViews and Yardi preferred
Ability to work independently with solid multitasking skills
