Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our dedicated cleaning team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. In this role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure guest satisfaction through impeccable service, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Duties
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met and identify areas for improvement

Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels at all times
Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper handling of industrial cleaning chemicals and custodial equipment
Address guest requests or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues effectively




Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels based on occupancy trends and operational needs

Skills
Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a robust understanding of cleaning techniques and standards
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team in a quick-paced environment
Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, safety procedures, and use of custodial equipment
Excellent communication skills for training staff, coordinating with other departments, and interacting with guests
Solid organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a hospitality setting

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
