We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hygiene Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team. Duties
Coordinate scheduling and patient flow for hygiene appointments to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction
Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes at the front desk, providing friendly and qualified service
Maintain accurate records and patient estimates using gold and recall max programs
Support the dental team by managing appointment confirmations, text reminders, and follow-up communications via phone, text and email
Collaborate with the dental reception team to ensure seamless communication between clinical and administrative staff





Experience
Previous experience working in a dental or medical office environment is an asset
previous Sales experience and customer service with no dental experience is open to apply. Position training will be provided.
High level of customer service on phone and in person is essential
Familiarity with electronic dental records systems like Gold and Recall Max is a plus
Proven office experience, including front desk responsibilities and multi-line phone system management, is advantageous
