We are seeking a dedicated and skilled experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service and safety while effectively managing the towing and recovery of vehicles. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate towing equipment efficiently. Duties
Operate tow trucks and related equipment safely and efficiently to transport vehicles.
Respond promptly to service calls, providing assistance to stranded motorists.
Perform vehicle recovery operations, including winching and lifting vehicles as needed.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of towing equipment to ensure safety compliance.
Maintain accurate records of services provided, including vehicle details and incident reports.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs.
Assist with minor automotive repairs or troubleshooting as necessary.
Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate towing operations.





Qualifications
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred; experience in commercial driving is a plus.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and towing equipment operation.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
Experience operating HEAVY DUTY TOW TRUCKS. TANSEM AND LIGHT FLAT DECKS
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
A commitment to safety protocols and regulations while on the job.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
