In this senior role, you'll report directly to the VP of Engineering and closely collaborate with engineering teams. Your responsibilities will involve enhancing Roofr's security posture through architecture design, vulnerability management, and incident command in event of breaches. You will be an integral part of the team, pushing the boundaries of a secure-by-design culture as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:



• Design and strengthen cloud security frameworks • Lead vulnerability assessments and establish remediation protocols • Create detection content tailored against actual attack techniques • Command incident response and forensics during security breaches • Perform threat modeling for new developments

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in computer science or substantial experience • Minimum of 5 years in security engineering i• Informed about AWS cloud security and governance practices • Skilled in compliance measures like SOC 2 and CCPA • Effectively communicate technical risks in business terms
