• Mentor and support CAO coordinators in their roles
• Address and resolve crew assignment operational challenges

• Oversee the onboarding and training of staff
• Monitor qualifications and in-flight training for flight deck personnel
Requirements:
• High school diploma mandatory
• At least three years in crew management
• Minimum three years in Transport Canada-regulated settings
• One year in coordination or team leadership
• Fluent in French and English for communication
