Job Responsibilities

In your duties, you will be called upon to assume the following key roles and responsibilities;

1. Lead and contribute to continuous improvement activities

- Design and implement optimized distribution solutions.
- Support the development of AOS maturity by providing necessary contributions.

1. Coordinate and monitor logistics activities

- Participate in logistics SQCDP meetings.
- Escalate issues impacting logistics and/or production activities.
- Gather new needs from other functions and inform Production of potential impacts on logistics.
- Understand and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to anticipate problems and improve the distribution flow between the HUB and the point of use (Point of Use).

1. Adapt distribution solutions and ensure data management

- Adapt distribution solutions whenever possible at their level of responsibility, both in terms of physical flows and information flows.
- Ensure the maintenance and creation of logistical data as well as flow mapping, and inform the concerned functions of changes.
- Advise and support production teams to develop their skills in physical flow management and logistical problem solving.
- Create work specifications during the implementation of new activities and ensure their follow-up.

1. Manage and prevent logistical disruptions

- Implement curative, corrective, and preventive actions within their scope of responsibility to improve performance.
- Perform or contribute to practical problem-solving approaches (PPS - Practical Problem Solving).
- Provide first-level IT maintenance by following troubleshooting procedures and maintaining regular contact with the support team.

5. Manage logistical means





- Ensure the appropriate use of specific logistical means and monitor their inventory.
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of specific logistical means.
- Manage specific and standard logistical means loops for its internal and external perimeter.

6. Manage operational distribution activities

- Monitor and analyze the performance of distribution solutions, particularly the consistency between physical flows and IT flows.
- Define and implement action plans when necessary, using the various IT tools available.
