Take on the Heavy Equipment Grader Operator role with the Fort McKay Group of Companies on the Syncrude MLX Site near Fort McMurray, AB. This position focuses on secure and effective grader operations to meet project deadlines. As part of the project team, you will report to the Project Team Lead and help achieve daily objectives through proficient grader operations and maintenance.

Your expertise will be utilized in site prep, leveling, and managing dirt while adhering to safety protocols and ensuring equipment reliability. You must have a robust attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate grader as required
Perform inspection before and after equipment use
Engage in soil stripping, finishing,



and reclamation tasks
Maintain explicit communication and adherence to signals
Follow safety policies and utilize appropriate PPE Requirements:
Completion of High School Diploma or GED
Valid class five driver’s license with 3-year abstract
CSTS and OSSA/BSO/CSO certifications needed
Ground Disturbance II and First Aid preferred
3+ years of grader operation experience related to construction Leverage your grader operating skills and contribute significantly to projects at the Fort McKay Group.
