Operate equipment and manage general labour roles
Load or unload materials, handling products manually or via forklift
Prepare shipments by organizing goods efficiently
Blend fertilizers and maintain quality standards
Remove winter snow to ensure site safety Requirements:
Knowledge of secure equipment operation
Valid and clean driver’s license; DZ is an asset
Ability to lift 55lbs and operate various machinery
Conversational English proficiency
