As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will need to navigate between multiple sites, which requires a valid BC driver's license and potential vehicle use for transportation. Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care and daily living tasks
Collaborate with families to promote clients’ independence
Travel regularly between assigned clients’ locations
Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders
Uphold client confidentiality and care standards Requirements:
Certificate in Home Support/Resident Care Assistance
Current registration with BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
Valid BC driver's license for transportation
Ability to work with minimal supervision
