DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Stone and/or wood picking.
Hoeing crops.
Hand and/or machine harvesting.
Assist with planting, seeding, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting crops.
Perform Daily Safety checks of machinery.
Examining vegetables/produce for quality and prepare for market.
Operate and maintain various farm equipment such as tractors, tillage equipment, planting equipment, fertilizer applicators, combine harvesters etc.
Inspect, repair, and ensure agriculture equipment is safe and suitable for operations.
Maintain the maintenance tools and equipment in a protected, clean organized manner and in valuable working condition.
Operating Farm Machinery and Equipment if applicable to skills.
Operates vehicle in compliance with road laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.




Conducts thorough vehicle and tractor-trailer inspections for mechanical and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
Adhere to Company policies and safety regulations.
This role requires flexibility in work and adaptability, other duties may be assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certifications:
No formal education is required

Skills: Experience in the agriculture field is an asset, however, we would consider providing comprehensive training to candidates who show a solid competency in problem-solving, shows a positive team player attitude, and is a hard-working self-starter.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Physically Demanding
Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending.
