Become a key player at Grouse Mountain as a Lift Operations Supervisor this winter season. Manage lift operations while ensuring safety and exceptional service for all guests. As a part of the Mountain Operations team, this role involves supervising the Lift Operations staff and overseeing their daily activities.

You will conduct safety checks, lead staff meetings, and ensure your team is well-equipped to provide a top-notch experience for all mountain guests. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining operational efficiency throughout the season. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate lift operations staff
Handle daily inspections and pre-operational checks
Schedule assignments and coordinate breaks effectively




Address guest feedback and operational concerns
Support various roles as needed within the operations team Requirements:
Supervisory experience in winter operations preferred
Intermediate skiing or snowboarding skills required
Knowledge of operational lift systems and policies
Proven leadership capability and a positive demeanor
Ability to adapt to all weather conditions while working outside Lead the Lift Operations team and ensure memorable mountain experiences at Grouse Mountain Resort this winter.
