In this fixed-term contract, you will own high-volume recruitment efforts to fulfill critical hiring needs, while also contributing to HR coordination tasks.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record of hiring in fast-paced environments and the ability to streamline administrative functions. Collaborate with the People & Culture team to promote a seamless transition for current employees. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee high-volume recruitment for production roles
Source candidates from various community channels
Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee records
Support HR initiatives and communications Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in recruitment focusing on hourly roles
Demonstrated high-volume hiring experience
Robust organizational skills
Comfort with ATS and metrics dashboards
