Manage loan files from commitment to closing
Communicate with brokers for document submission
Verify employment letters and income verification
Audit files before advancing them
Specialize in bridge and transfer mortgages Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
One year of mortgage experience preferred
Competency in MS Office required
Capacity to learn current technologies
