Take on a full-time Facility Maintenance Mechanic position in Saskatoon and play a major role in maintaining essential facility systems. Ensure safety and efficiency in HVAC and mechanical operations. In your new role with the Property Management Team, you'll report directly to the Building Operator and will be tasked with a variety of maintenance duties.

This includes operating boiler systems, performing plumbing repairs, and performing consistent grounds-keeping to keep our facilities in top shape. Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain essential HVAC and mechanical systems
Ensure productive boiler operation and safety
Conduct analysis of boiler water and minor repairs
Maintain safety standards across facilities and equipment
Provide regular maintenance and grounds-keeping tasks Requirements:
Relevant facility maintenance experience
Proficient with HVAC and boiler systems
Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills
