Lead dining experiences at Yee Hong as a Food Services Supervisor. Ensure nutritious meals and high-quality service for residents while supporting team operations in a recent care center. Yee Hong is opening the Ng Siu Chan Care Centre in early 2027.

This role entails overseeing food production and dining services, guided by our Relationship-Centered Care philosophy. You will monitor residents' dietary needs and collaborate with our Dietitian to create enjoyable dining experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily food production and service efficiency
Lead and coach Food Services staff for quality performance
Monitor residents' food intake and dietary preferences
Supervise kitchen sanitation and food safety standards
Participate in resident care conferences for quality improvement Requirements:
2-year diploma in food services supervision or related field
Current Food Handler Safety Certificate
Minimum 1 year in quantity food production
Ability to communicate in Chinese or Japanese is an asset
