You will develop and implement engaging individual and group activities based on assessed needs. Monitoring the emotional and physical state of residents during these programs is crucial, along with reporting any changes to the nursing staff. Key Responsibilities:
Design and assess both group and individual activities
Arrange and clean activity areas to ensure readiness
Help residents attend programs and monitor their engagement
Keep detailed records of participation and feedback
Collaborate with nursing and programs staff to enhance care Requirements:
Post-secondary education in recreation or a related field
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Proven experience in planning activities for various cognitive abilities
Robust organizational and independent work skills
