Direct daily operations and labor budgeting
Assist in material coordination for job sites
Proactively monitor for and address issues
Conduct onsite training for team safety and quality
Enforce company safety protocols consistently Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in the landscaping sector
1-year minimum supervisory experience
Class 5 Driver's License essential
Knowledgeable in turf and arboriculture
