Manager, you will balance healthcare provision with sound business practices. Your leadership will guide the pharmacy team to achieve effective operations while maintaining high standards for patient safety and care quality. Understanding and implementing best practices in health care is essential for this position. Key Responsibilities:
Lead pharmacy team with solid leadership skills
Organize daily pharmacy activities effectively
Oversee quality patient care and operational standards
Manage inventory checks and organization
Generate and review financial and sales reports weekly Requirements:
Must hold a valid practicing license with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba
Experience with Kroll software is preferred
Robust management and mentoring abilities
Require background checks for vulnerable sector
