Duties
Assist with planting, pruning, and harvesting fruit crops efficiently and safely
Operate farm machinery such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems with proper care
Use hand tools and power tools for tasks like pruning, staking, and general maintenance
Perform heavy lifting of crates, equipment, and supplies to support daily farm operations
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and infrastructure to identify maintenance needs




Support general farm upkeep including cleaning, organizing tools, and ensuring safety protocols are followed

Qualifications
Basic knowledge of horticulture principles and farm maintenance practices
Robust physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions
Willingness to learn current skills related to farm machinery operation and crop management. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to work outdoors in a dynamic environment. Pay: $17.95-$25.00 per hour
