Your role will also involve facilitating public consultations and providing detailed responses to planning inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
Process Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments
Conduct site visits and evaluations for compliance
Author staff reports for planning applications
Engage in public consultation events
Maintain planning documents and respond to inquiries Requirements:
Degree in Urban Planning or equivalent
At least two years of experience in a municipal context
RPP certification in progress desired
In-depth knowledge of Ontario's Planning Act
