In this vital role, you will report to the Director of Community Services while overseeing the William Schaefer Memorial Pool.

You will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, along with developing and implementing engaging aquatic programs. Your leadership will ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, making a positive impact on community wellness. Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the aquatics facility

Degree or diploma in Recreation or related discipline
