This leadership position will focus on team mentorship, program success, and community collaboration. PCRS is looking for a dedicated Team Lead to enhance the Pathways to Education Program.

You will mentor a team of Youth Outreach Workers, ensuring effective program planning and implementation. Your expertise will help strengthen community ties and meet the psychosocial needs of youth across diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, mentor, and onboard current program staff
Assess service performance and track contract compliance
Partner with management on financial and operational matters
Foster community partnerships for program sustainability
Collaborate for effective service delivery and referrals Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Care or related field
At least 5 years in a leadership role
Experience serving target youth populations
Solid background in fiscal management and case management
