Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient processing
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Assist with food service tasks such as food handling, preparation support, and maintaining sanitation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, serving stations, and front-of-house spaces
Support food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, demonstrating strong guest service skills
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy periods
Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation procedures within the food industry
Strong communication skills for effective serving and upselling techniques
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Ability to work well in a team setting while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
