April 24th, 2025 Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced

Infrastructure and Cloud Specialist

with strong roots in enterprise on-premises infrastructure and a confident grasp of hybrid environments. This role is ideal for someone with extensive hands-on experience managing core systems, who understands that real stability and performance come from well-maintained, secure foundations. The ideal candidate will also have a solid foundation in Azure and cloud technologies, along with expertise in the Microsoft 365 application stack. What you will be doing: Managing and maintaining on-prem infrastructure, including Windows Server environments, VMware, Oracle VM, and Linux. Supporting SAN environments: provisioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining storage systems. Maintaining network performance and security: configuring VLANs, firewalls, segmentation, and enforcing access policies. Administering Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, identity security, and integration with M365 and Azure services. Managing Intune policies and endpoint protection, with a focus on compliance and operational reliability. Supporting disaster recovery readiness and ensuring backup integrity, including immutable backups. Collaborating with team members and end users to troubleshoot complex issues, occasionally requiring on-site presence at our office or data center on short notice. Participating in security management, access control design, and proactive risk mitigation strategies. What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered. Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or related roles. Must be able to travel to the office as required, which may be 2 to 3 days per week. Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, MS-100, MS-101, or SC-900. Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals. ITIL Foundation certification or higher is an asset. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Azure and cloud-based infrastructure management. Expertise in Microsoft Defender and other security tools within the Microsoft ecosystem. Support production environments with SAN and virtualization. Networking skills, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and certificate management. Cybersecurity Skills: Conduct vulnerability scans and remediation activities across IT environments. Develop and maintain incident response plans and assist in resolving security incidents. Familiarity with Zero Trust security principles and secure access solutions (e.g., Always-On VPN). What’s In It for You: Competitive base salary with performance bonuses.
