We are hiring a Bilingual Test Analyst with solid hands-on experience in AWS and Amazon Connect. This hybrid role will require you to work onsite 3 to 4 days a week, developing and executing comprehensive test cases to ensure optimal performance of cloud-based contact solutions. Your ability to communicate in both languages will be essential in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute detailed test cases for cloud solutions
• Conduct integration and functional testing on Amazon Connect
• Validate call flows, routing profiles, and customer journeys




• Troubleshoot issues and document findings comprehensively
• Collaborate closely with project teams for issue resolution
Requirements:
• Strong hands-on expertise with Amazon Connect
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Proven experience in API testing and web services
