You will lead structural engineering initiatives, managing them through every phase from design to execution while ensuring compliance with all engineering standards.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented with a robust background in steel design, project management, and team coordination, allowing for effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Guide structural projects from design kickoff to delivery
Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists
Conduct reviews of calculations and engineering drawings




Address technical challenges and manage project risks
Develop strong client relationships through exceptional service Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering
At least 4 years of direct project management experience
Licensed (P.Eng.) in Canada or eligibility for registration
