Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is seeking a Community Health Nurse to join the Home Support team at Bella Coola General Hospital. The nurse will work within primary health care and population health frameworks to promote health and prevent illness in the Bella Coola community.

Responsibilities include providing public health services, prioritizing wellness needs, and partnering with community stakeholders to deliver education, referral and intervention across settings in a rural, remote area.
