You will report to the Manager of Solutions Delivery and contribute to customer experiences through hands-on support and technical insight. Your proactive approach will drive successful deployment of Connexall® for various healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical implementation of Connexall solutions
Articulate software designs during customer interactions
Assist in in office project launches and troubleshooting
Support user configurations and system installations
Follow up with internal teams to ensure successful deployments Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Engineering
Basic understanding of system design and installation
Familiarity with SQL Server and basic database queries
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
