The Unit People & Culture Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting the implementation of people strategies aligned with operational goals. This role partners closely with leadership to drive inclusive talent management, leadership development, and organizational transformation initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to line managers to implement business and people plans aligned with operational objectives.
Partner with leaders to enable inclusive talent management and leadership development aligned with strategic goals.
Support transformation initiatives and act as an ambassador for standardization and change management.
Represent Culture & Values within the unit,



serving as the voice of the co-worker.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align HR practices with business priorities.
Fluency in spoken and written French.
Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written).
Ability to influence leaders and support organizational change initiatives.
