Service Full Time Lethbridge, AB $50,000 - $60,000 CAD per year

Foothills Group is hiring an organized, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team in Lethbridge.

The Service Advisor is an important link between our customers and shop team. You’ll help identify service needs, coordinate work, provide clear updates, and ensure every customer receives qualified and dependable service.

We’re looking for someone who communicates well, stays organized in a busy environment, and takes pride in creating a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Welcome customers and discuss their service and repair needs

Create accurate work orders and document customer concerns

Prepare estimates and explain recommended work clearly

Schedule service appointments and help coordinate shop workflow

Communicate with technicians, the foreman, and the parts department

Keep customers informed about repair progress, costs, and completion times

Review completed work and invoices before vehicle pickup

Obtain customer authorization for additional repairs when required

Maintain accurate records and professional repair-order notes

Follow up with customers and help resolve questions or concerns

Build long-term customer relationships through honest, dependable service

Support an organized, efficient, and team-oriented service department

Strong customer service and communication skills





Excellent organization and attention to detail

The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Confidence discussing estimates, repairs, and service recommendations

A professional, positive, and team-oriented approach

Strong computer and administrative skills

Previous service advising, customer service, sales, or industry experience is an asset

The ability to communicate effectively with customers and technicians

A commitment to completing work accurately and following through on promises
