As a n Administrative Associate you will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of one or more Wealth Advisors by ensuring a high level of client service achieved by effective administrati on and day-to-day trading of their business .
IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU In the role you will: Ensure effectiveclient administration bymanagingall administrative processes and escalations requiring investigation
Consistentlydemonstratehigh levelsof client serviceto deepen relationships;
by supporting the advisor in regular reviews of portfolios including entering client trades as directed by the client or Advisor andidentifyingclient needs
byresponding to client inquiries,
resolvingissuesand effecting client transactionsina timelyand responsive manner
Provide marketingassistanceby coordinating materials,eventsand seminars to increase/identify opportunities to increase assets and/or revenue
Support the growth of the business bymanagingtracking reports for Wealth Advisor to review targets, recommendations, and financial plans/concepts
Build effective working relationships across various departmental and business line contactsby actively collaborating and sharing knowledge and experience
DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS Experience in the securities industry
Approval as anInvestmentRepresentative (IR) withthe Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO)
Excellent verbalandwrittencommunication
Robust organizationalskills
Ability to take initiative, work independently and meet deadlines
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Exceptional client service skills, providingaprofessionaland respectfulexperience

In addition to French, the successful candidate must also have sufficient knowledge of English, as the work involves interacting and collaborating regularly with groups and individuals based in Toronto, as well as constantly interacting with other people, including clients, who speak English, locally and elsewhere.
