As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a agile environment.

Responsibilities for Mobile Security Supervisor Lead a team of on-site security guards
Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
Ensure all security guardsfollow and stay updated on instructions
Issue and manage access cards
Complete daily reports and incident reports
All other related duties




Qualifications for Mobile Security Supervisor Be legally authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid BC security worker's license
Hold a valid BC class 5 DL with clean driving history - mandatory (i.e. no more than 2 tickets or no more than 5 points on Driver's Abstract)
Excellent leadership skills; t his mobile supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last
2-5 y ears of security experience, mobile security and team management
Occupational First aid certification - OFA 1 is mandatory requirement
Strong verbal and written communication skills,excellent interpersonal skills
