The Shop

Foreman role is ideal for mechanical specialists with a passion for safety and teamwork. You will directly supervise repairs while engaging in continuous improvement programs and ensuring equipment efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing diagnostics and repairs on specialized equipment
Interpret work orders and maintain repair histories
Perform field service calls and source necessary parts
Participate in toolbox safety meetings regularly
Lead and mentor shop staff in daily operations Requirements:
5+ years in mechanical or fabrication settings
Journeyman Heavy Equipment Mechanic Certificate required
Class 5 driver's license with limited demerits
Solid verbal and written communication skills
