Contribute to global sustainability efforts with B2Gold as an ESG Disclosure Specialist. This role, based in Vancouver, follows a hybrid work model and emphasizes strategic reporting. As a key member of the corporate Sustainability team, you'll report to the VP, Sustainability, supporting B2Gold's mission of responsible mining.

Your tasks will involve managing compliance with various sustainability frameworks, enhancing reporting processes, and mentoring teams. You'll ensure B2Gold maintains its commitment to environmental responsibility through robust ESG disclosures and continuous improvement strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Write and produce the Company’s Responsible Mining and Climate Strategy Reports
Oversee external assurance processes for sustainability initiatives




Streamline data collection efficiency in reporting processes
Assist in creating corporate-level sustainability standards
Research emerging technologies and standards for improvements Requirements:
Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability
Seven years of comparable experience in mining preferred
Excellent writing and public presentation skills
Solid project management and analytical skills
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally Drive sustainability initiatives and reporting excellence with B2Gold, leveraging your expertise in ESG disclosures.
