As part of HOK’s Corporate Accounting team, your role will involve collaborating with Project Managers to set up projects and ensure timely billing. You will analyze financial data to provide insights into project profitability and work closely with consultants for payment processing. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly budgets and project reports
Track budget data and manage project information
Input and post consultant invoices efficiently
Meet regularly with Finance Management to review projects
Maintain organized accounting files Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Advanced knowledge of project accounting concepts needed
Proficient in Deltek VantagePoint software
