In this role, you will collaborate with the Senior Project Manager under Corporate Transformation, providing expertise on current builds and building retrofits.

Your responsibilities range from managing energy-productive construction projects to developing training materials for staff on net-zero program delivery. Your strategic input is crucial for maximizing funding opportunities and ensuring compliance with Toronto's environmental standards. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee energy efficiency designs and renovation efforts
Ensure adherence to Toronto Green Standards




Facilitate research on carbon reduction strategies
Support consultations with City stakeholders
Maintain project management records effectively Requirements:
Degree in architecture, engineering, or environmental studies
Significant project management and compliance experience
Strong background in decarbonization methods
Acquainted with MS Project and energy software
