As an Assistant Superintendent, you will report directly to the Engineering Superintendent, actively participating in achieving departmental goals and objectives.

You will oversee the Surface and Underground Engineering team, ensuring effective workflow and productivity while supervising and mentoring staff. This role involves coordinating mine planning activities and driving improvements in key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Surface and Underground Engineering team workflows
Oversee mine planning and major construction activities




Supervise and mentor engineering staff
Participate in budget preparation and cost control
Deliver technical reports and presentations for stakeholders Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mine Engineering or relevant discipline
12 years of mine engineering experience
Proven experience managing technical teams
Robust skills in project management and mentoring
