Enhance student engagement at UBC Okanagan as an Engagement Assistant, specializing in event coordination and administrative tasks. This key role requires close collaboration with various departments. As an Engagement Assistant, you will provide essential support for marketing and communication efforts within the Faculty of Management.

Your responsibilities will include managing email channels, assisting with event logistics, and liaising with multiple university departments to ensure effective communication and outreach. This position is integral to maintaining high student engagement in academics and partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative support for faculty inquiries
Coordinate logistics for events and engagement initiatives




Provide backup support for key administrative staff
Edit communication and maintain faculty website content
Engage with international partners to facilitate collaborations Requirements:
Minimum of two years post-secondary education
Proven experience in event support, four years preferred
Solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
Familiarity with university policies is an asset
Effective multitasking and organizational abilities Harness your skills in communication and event planning to support UBC’s mission and its community.
