Jardeg is currently recruiting Electrician Journerpersons to join the Integrated Constructors Inc team at the Cenovus Birch Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, Conklin Alberta .

The work scope includes, but is not limited to, executing rehabilitation projects for existing storage facilities, encompassing condition assessments, repairs, upgrades, and other improvement activities.

This position is a 9-on-5-off 12 hours per day accept the last day they do 8 hours to allow for secure travel home, competitive rate of 52.07 , also 4 hours overtime pre day accept the last day of the rotation.
Travel allowance $300 per shift rotation*

Responsibilities
Install and maintain power distribution systems
Repair pumps, motors, and control equipment
Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
Work with VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) for motor control
Maintain SCADA systems and instrumentation
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment




Read electrical blueprints and wiring diagrams
Fix broken wires, swap out damaged fixtures, and perform routine tune-ups to stop system failures

Minimum Requirements
CSTS 2020 with WHMIS
ESC Fall protection
Electrical Journeyperson or Inter-Provincial Red Seal Certification
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
