This role includes involvement in presales, leading workshops, and managing both onshore and offshore teams. You will ensure high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions, leveraging your comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft’s platform while also mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities:
Lead workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders
Manage delivery of business and software solutions




Conduct gap analysis for workstream requirements
Contribute to pre-sales engagements and demos
Provide in office support during project delivery phases Requirements:
15+ years experience with Dynamics 365 CE
Robust knowledge of Azure, Power Platform, and development
Excellent presentation and documentation skills
Proven ability to mentor and lead junior team members
