About the role Tutors are our supply side. You will own their first ninety days: getting a listing live, getting the first booking, and keeping the calendar full. What you will do
Onboard recent tutors and coach them on listings that convert. Spot at-risk tutors before they churn, and do something about it. Feed what you hear back into product. What we are looking for
2+ years in customer success, account management or teaching. Fully bilingual, English and French. Comfort with a CRM and with your own numbers.
