As the Director, you will lead retail operations for the Banff Jasper Collection, managing a diverse team and ensuring high standards of service.

Responsible for buying, inventory management, and training programs, this role is vital in meeting business goals and enhancing the customer journey at Pursuit’s various attractions. Key Responsibilities:
Implement growth strategies for retail revenue
Manage logistics and operations of retail networks
Develop training programs for staff development
Ensure adherence to safety protocols in retail outlets
Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies accordingly Requirements:
At least 3 years in a retail leadership capacity
Experience in multiple retail settings
Solid grasp of inventory management and budgeting
Ability with retail systems, particularly Retail Pro
Knowledge of hospitality industry practices preferred Lead retail initiatives that enhance the guest experience at Pursuit locations!
