As part of the Ace Beverage Group team reporting to the Product Development Lead, you will focus on ready-to-drink product innovation. Responsibilities include refining recipes, organizing tastings, and analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities. Work collaboratively with multiple teams to ensure alignment with quality standards and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine recipes for recent beverage products
• Coordinate internal and external product tasting sessions
• Analyze consumer surveys and feedback effectively




• Collaborate with Procurement and Quality to meet standards
• Monitor trends to identify new opportunities in product development

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Nutrition, Food Science or Business
• 1-2 years of experience in a related role
• Strong communication skills for fostering relationships
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
